Jurassic World has been chosen by nearly a quarter of people in Birmingham as the ultimate IMAX film, in a survey that sees local cinema-goers vote for the IMAX blockbusters they most want to see back on the big screen. The top voted IMAX film, Jurassic World, will return to Cineworld Birmingham NEC and Cineworld Birmingham Broad Street for the first-ever IMAX Film Festival on Saturday 27th February 2016.
Cineworld’s line-up for the IMAX film festival sees fan favourite blockbusters selected by local cinema-goers brought back to the big screen at Cineworld Birmingham NEC and Cineworld Birmingham Broad Street for one day only.
Other winning selections include space epic and Academy Award winner Gravity, as well as 2016 Oscar ‘Best Picture’ nominee Mad Max: Fury Road. And as a special exclusive, due to popular demand, The Martian will also be screening in IMAX® for the first time ever in the UK.
