Mother's Day is coming round quickly (15th March)  and for those still searching for somewhere worthy of the leading lady in their life, Albert’s Schloss is rolling out the red carpet.

This year, the Cook Haus and Bier Palace is partnering with Aperol to bring a splash of spring to the celebrations, with sunshine spritzes, limited-edition dishes and a full day of Schloss showtime. From 9am, guests can settle in for a Mother’s Day knees-up that builds from relaxed morning beats to lively afternoon energy.

Alongside the much-loved Sunday roasts, served with crisp roast potatoes, seasonal greens, root vegetable mash and proper gravy, two weekend-only specials will join the menu: Curry Roasted Cod with cauliflower, buttered spinach and fennel sauce, and a decadent Sticky Toffee Pudding with Jameson toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream. On Sunday 15th, the entertainment runs throughout the day, starting with a Rise & Shine DJ in the morning, followed by an afternoon choir and live bands into the evening.

It’s a celebration that invites guests to come for the roast and stay for a dance on the benches - mum’s orders.
