This June, Albert’s Schloss Birmingham is welcoming summer back to the city with the return of its iconic Beer Terrace, the ultimate destination for sunshine pints, Bavarian feasting and al fresco catch-ups.
To celebrate the arrival of British summertime and the start of bier garden season, the team at Albert’s Schloss is hosting a terrace launch party in partnership with Erdinger on Wednesday 4th June from 4:30pm - 7pm. Open to all the public, the team are offering up Erdinger on the haus, until taps run dry.
Guests can enjoy a cold pint alongside Cook Haus favourites including mini bratwursts and freshly baked pretzels, serving up a proper taste of Albert’s Schloss much loved Bavarian hospitality. The evening will also feature Schloss’ signature entertainment, bringing Bavarian flair onto the terrace for a wunderbar summer celebration.
Based in the heart of the city centre, the Birmingham Beer Terrace offers one of the city’s best outdoor drinking and dining destinations - the perfect spot for after-work drinks, weekend socials and sunshine dining. Throughout summer 2026, guests can tuck in to a selection of Cook Haus dishes perfect for sunny terrace dining, including Caesar Salad, Pasta Alla Vodka, Pan-Roasted Salmon and Fisch Und Chips.
From hearty classics to lighter summer plates, the menu is built for long lunches and crisp pints in the sunshine. Summer drinks will be flowing all season long from the bier terrace bar, featuring refreshing serves such as Cherry + Yuzu Spritz, Klassic Aperol Spritz and Black Cherry Kaiser Martini.
Alongside cocktail favourites, Schloss’ line-up of Europe’s finest biers will be served crisp, cold and ready for those long summer evenings in the city.
