Initially the branch, which is based in Church Street, will focus on the industrial, driving and healthcare sectors, where the company has seen a significant increase in demand over the last 12 months. It will also provide sector-specific training to candidates through an internal programme, ensuring skills and compliance requirements are met and up to date. Swanstaff hope to provide work to more than 300 people in the Birmingham area within their first 12 months of operation.

This is our 19th branch and the 4th to open this year. The introduction of Swanstaff to the area will aid the existing downward trend in unemployment rates in Birmingham, which have been significantly declining over the past 3 years, falling from 10% to 5.8% from July 2012 to July 2015.
