The first quarter of 2017 will see the opening of highly anticipated lifestyle resort, The Address Boulevard Dubai, in the heart of the prestigious Downtown Dubai area. The new exclusive urban resort, comprising 196 hotel rooms, is the latest in The Address Hotels + Resorts portfolio.  The hotel is complemented by 533 serviced apartments in the Address Residences Boulevard Dubai, a premium collection of branded serviced residences.

Standing at 368 metres, the 72-storey curvilinear tower will be the second tallest building in Downtown Dubai, next to Burj Khalifa, and the 36th tallest building in the world.   The art deco building has been designed to open the guest rooms up to picturesque views of the Burj Khalifa - the world's tallest building and an iconic symbol of Dubai.

The most spectacular view is reserved for The Roof Top, located on the 70th and 71st floors.  This dining experience will offer a unique 360 degree view of Dubai with guests able to see as far as the Dubai Marina and the Burj Al Arab on a clear day.

The public spaces are designed to give the feel of an art gallery.  The hotel has specially commissioned an outstanding collection of art with 251 pieces of art by 48 internationally acclaimed and emerging artists to be displayed throughout the hotel's public spaces.  Some of the stand-out pieces include a large-scale sculpture titled 'Wings' on the driveway of the property created by Ben Barrell, and a 4 metre chandelier that cascades down the hotel's grand staircase by Jana Ruzickova.

The property will also introduce a unique and creative dining concept based around a 'home' theme, with food and drink served across separate rooms such as a library, games room, kitchen and dressing room.

The resort's spa is set over 760 square metres with private vitality pool, outdoor spa pool, herbal steam rooms, traditional hammam, and treatment rooms offering luxurious treatments such as rhassoul clay wrap treatments.

For the ultimate in luxury, the hotel will offer a private limousine service for its guests.

The resort offering for families is excellent, with a cascading outdoor swimming pool with slides and a waterfall.  The Kids Club providing a holistic nurturing experience for children aged 3 to 12 offering activities ranging from arts and crafts and games, to storytelling and yoga.

Downtown Dubai is today the most-visited retail and lifestyle destination in the world and the new hotel is within walking distance of the newly launched cultural Opera District and The Dubai Mall.   Indeed shopping mecca, The Dubai Mall, can be accessed by guests via an air-conditioned lobby straight from the hotel lobby.
