People living in and around the West Midlands will be amongst the first in the UK to travel with a ground-breaking new tour operator. Toureasy is UK’s first and only carbon neutral coach tour operator and has chosen to launch the business right here in the West Midlands.

Just in time for Christmas, the getaways are designed so West Midlanders can do their bit for the planet without paying a premium or needing to sign up to long-term commitments.

With 16 exclusive festive tour departures from the region, everyone can now make up for last year's lockdown constraints with a festive fun-filled short break.

In addition to the must-visit Birmingham Christmas Market and to get Christmas 2021 celebrations underway, those who want to 'shop til they drop' and make a weekend of it,  can jump aboard a direct coach trip to fairs across the country including Bath, Torquay and Windsor. The 'star on the top of the tree' trip is a 2-day break to Blenheim Palace.

Over a million lights and lasers colour the palace and gardens. Glittering tunnels, sparkling trees and a rainbow of colour cover the palace façade to create a magical winter wonderland.

Travel newcomer Toureasy first tour departs early November, offering residents from the region affordable eco-friendly short breaks and holidays. Offsetting 100% of the operation’s carbon emissions, the company pledges to offer coach holidays that don’t cost the earth...but help save it.

Toureasy’s ambition is to offer guilt-free and affordable holidays that people will be proud to take. Climate crisis conscious holiday-makers can choose from a collection of Christmas Market trips without a care in the world about designated drivers, parking and the boot not being big enough for all the shopping bags!

Holidaymakers will receive a certificate after each trip confirming the carbon offset made on their behalf and reinforcing the positive impact they have made in combatting the global climate crisis. The first tour is planned for 1st November.

One gift everyone who travels with Toureasy is giving this Christmas is their carbon offset to worldwide projects.  After each trip, Toureasy will automatically offset the carbon emissions from the journey and hotel stay and support projects in the UK and overseas.

The founder of Toureasy, Sean Taggart said: “We realised that far too often sustainable travel options are linked to luxury holidays, with a price tag to match.

“Our ambition is to offer affordable holidays where everyone that travels with us automatically makes a positive contribution to protecting our planet.

“Our holidays make that possible and we are proud to have launched an extensive collection of tours from the West Midlands" Short breaks start from £79 per person.
