After a hugely successful summer for the GB & NI team, all eyes are now on the 2024 summer season as tickets for the London Athletics Meet are set to go on general sale.

With the world’s best athletes and para athletes using the event as their last competition ahead of the Olympics and Paralympics, tickets are available to all fans looking to reignite memories of Super Saturday and warm up their cheering muscles ahead of the following few weeks.

The London stadium, which hosted a rip-roaring event in July this year, will welcome the best athletes from around the world in what will be the biggest one-day athletics spectacular of the year. The huge crowds seen this summer will once again provide a huge good-luck to those Games-bound athletes proving UK track and field fans are also the best in the world.

With the Olympic Games opening Ceremony just six days after London, there is no better way to warm up for the weeks of sporting action ahead than to witness the best in the world and with availability of tickets from all price points and areas, fans are being urged to secure their tickets with 22,000 already sold through pre-sale opportunities.

Cherry Alexander, UKA’s Strategic Lead for Major Events said: “It has been a hugely successful summer for our athletes with the para team performing so well in Paris and then the medal haul GB & NI bought back from Budapest. So many of them will have London in their plans next season as the perfect send off towards the Games in front of a home crowd.

“We want fans to raise the roof for the best athletes in the world and give them the best possible build up for Paris 2024. The tickets released for general sale won’t hang about, so be sure you are part of this amazing celebration of our Paris-bound athletes and para athletes.

Fans have already snapped up more than 22,000 tickets to watch athletics on 20 July 2024, at London Stadium. The remaining tickets, including home straight tickets, will go on-sale at 10am, Friday 29 September on ticketmaster.co.uk.
