A free alcohol-free tasting evening will take place at Birmingham Brewing Company in Stirchley on Thursday 26th February, bringing together some of the most innovative producers redefining the drinks category.
The event will give attendees the opportunity to explore a wide range of alcohol-free beers, wines, aperitifs, ciders, and functional drinks, reflecting growing demand for high-quality alcohol-free alternatives. Producers featured include Zeno alcohol-liberated wines, Everleaf botanical aperitifs, Birmingham Brewing Company’s alcohol-free craft beers, Hogan’s High Sobriety ciders, and functional drinks from Nekta.
The evening will also host the launch of Exhale Nutrition’s new Chaga Lager, a functional alcohol-free beer brewed with adaptogenic mushrooms, marking its first public showcase. The event is open to the public and aims to provide an informal and welcoming environment for people to explore alcohol-free options, whether driven by health, lifestyle, or simple curiosity.
Simon Remington, event organiser, said: "We’re seeing a real shift in how people approach drinking, with more people looking for high-quality alcohol-free options that still deliver on flavour and experience.
“This event is about bringing people together to discover what’s now possible in this space." The event takes place at Birmingham Brewing Company, Stirchley, from 6:30pm to 10:00pm on Thursday 26th February. Entry is free and open to all.
