Affordable new homes provider Bromford is reassuring West Midlands children that its homes are on Santa’s radar this Christmas. Bromford, which is building new affordable homes in the area, is keen to make sure that Santa stops by all its new developments this festive season.
Catherine Jarrett, Director of Sales and Marketing at Bromford, said: “As the Christmas season is now in full swing, we want to reassure children and their parents who have moved to a Bromford home that Santa has been notified of their new address.
“Our developments in the West Midlands have changed a lot since Father Christmas and his reindeer flew over last year, with lots of new families now living there. We know that the children who call our developments home will be on Santa’s ‘nice’ list, so we’ve done all we can to make sure these homes are on his map.”
Santa will travel an estimated 510 million km on Christmas Eve, flying at around 10 million km per hour. Families can keep an eye out for when Santa will arrive in the UK by checking NORAD’s Santa tracker, and encourage Father Christmas to pop presents under the tree by leaving out mince pies before heading to bed.
Bromford has a range of brand-new homes available to purchase across the county through Shared Ownership, who gives those who do not currently own a property the chance to secure a new build home with Bromford. Homebuyers pay a mortgage on the share they own and pay rent on the remaining share, meaning a smaller deposit is required.
