Blended from the noble Champagne varieties Pinot Noir (81%) and Chardonnay (19%) this sparkling wine, with its delicate fine bubbles, golden colour and slight blush tint, has a refined finish. Underlying lemons, peach and apricot are accompanied by cooked apples, breadcrumbs, honey and almond on the nose. It has a crisp finesse and a classic look.
