For the third year running Allianz is holding its exclusive music camp with world famous pianist Lang Lang. This once in a lifetime opportunity is open to ten talented pianists, between the ages of 8-14, and is taking place in 18-24 November 2015 in Vienna, Austria.
Allianz and the Lang Lang International Music Foundation share a common vision - to inspire the next generation of classical musicians and pass on their passion of music.
The camp includes solo piano lessons with teachers from the renowned Youth Academy of the University of Music and Performing Arts in Munich as well as cultural activities in and around Vienna. The highlight of the Camp will be a public Masterclass with Lang Lang at “Wiener Musikverein” - one of the world’s most distinguished concert halls.
Lang Lang commented: “Observing a new generation of music ambassadors, kids playing together, sharing their common passion and spreading the message of the power of music to a wider audience makes me feel very optimistic about the future of the piano world.”
Applications are now open and the closing date for entries is 31, July 2015. Hopefuls need to submit two videos and more information about the process can be found at www.langlangfoundation.org
