Sophia aged three has been appointed the Little Boss of Big Fun by leading holiday specialist, Eurocamp, following a one month recruitment process for the newly created role. She will take the specialist role for 12 months, which will see her and her family visit one of the brand's 180 parcs, giving her the insight she needs to advise the company on how to make its offering more fun for children and toddlers.

The toddler, who secured the brand new role following a successful video application, will be working alongside the team to further improve the parcs' offering for young holidaymakers.

Talking about the appointment, Sophia's mum, Becca, commented: “We see how much fun Sophia has on a day-to-day basis, so when this role came up we knew she would be perfect for it.

“She is taking it seriously and has already started talking about all of the things she would like from a holiday, before we've even arrived at the parc.”

Talking about the new role, Eurocamp's head of marketing, Chris Hilton, commented: “We're constantly looking for ways to improve our parcs and we know how important it is for parents that their children enjoy the holiday. So who better to tell us what a toddler wants, than a toddler?

“Sophia will be able to provide us with an insight that none of our other team members can. We are confident she will bring with her a wealth of extensive experience of having fun, both at home and abroad and we are excited to see what changes she will impact in her new role.”
