Rail passengers are being warned of severely disrupted train services in the first week of 2023 as two rail unions take strike action over five days between them. The City of Wolverhampton Council has pledged that it will do all it can to help the city's adult social care sector as it deals with rising inflation and the cost-of-living crisis.
