It’s expected to be the busiest shopping day of the year on Saturday – and Christmas shoppers will be able to park for free in town centres across the borough.

A Solihull jeweller has traded treats for festive spirit and gifted lucky shoppers with a free gift card – simply for spreading a little Christmas cheer. 

This year’s Fostering Children’s Christmas party once again delivered a positive and inclusive festive experience for some of the city’s most vulnerable young people and children in our fostering community.

Over 200 young learners from five schools from across Birmingham and the West Midlands will perform in a Christmas concert next week at the Bullring in Birmingham.

Old festive traditions came to life at two care homes in Sutton Coldfield, where residents welcomed local schools for a day of seasonal activities.

Residents, businesses, schools, faith groups, charities and other organisations across Wolverhampton have once again united to say ‘no’ to interpersonal violence, as the city marked the conclusion of the 10th Orange Wolverhampton campaign.
