New homes provider Bromford is celebrating a successful partnership with Miller Homes, after all of the Shared Ownership homes sold out on the exclusive Keepers Field development in Codsall.

Keepers Field, located off Keepers Lane between the A41 and the M54, is being built by housebuilder Miller Homes, and comprises two and three-bedroom Shared Ownership properties. All of the homes, designed with modern living in mind, and now sold out, were built specifically to meet the needs of local people, meaning priority was given to those who have a connection to South Staffordshire Council.

Shared Ownership gives those who do not currently own a property the chance to secure a new build with Bromford. Homebuyers pay a mortgage on the share they own and pay rent on the remaining share, meaning only a smaller deposit is required.

Catherine Jarrett, Director of Sales and Marketing at Bromford, said: “We’re delighted with the success we have seen at Keepers Field, and it’s great to see how popular our Shared Ownership properties have been.

“Keepers Field is a wonderful place to call home, and helps to dispel the concept that Shared Ownership properties are uninspiring.  At Bromford, we pride ourselves on servicing our communities with high-quality affordable housing, and hope that our new residents can flourish in their fantastic new homes.

“Working with Miller Homes has been a wonderful process resulting in a stunning development, and we wish them all the best as the development reaches the end of its lifecycle.” Alastair Parsons, Area Sales Director at Miller Homes Midlands, said: “Given its location, exclusivity and contemporary selection of homes, it’s no surprise that the Keepers Field neighbourhood has been so popular since it launched in 2021.

“We’re pleased to confirm that all homes have since sold out, including the Shared Ownership properties which give housebuyers an alternative route to getting on the property ladder. I look forward to seeing how this sought-after neighbourhood flourishes in the years to come, and we hope that each one of our homeowners feels a part of this vibrant Codsall community.”

Linked to the surrounding areas via its well-connected railway service, Codsall is a charming village that boasts a multitude of first-class amenities, including a rich variety of independent businesses, such as an award-winning butchers’, two local community pubs, a supermarket and plenty of schools across all age groups. With its station on the Shrewsbury-Wolverhampton line, the two locations, plus Telford and Birmingham are easily accessible by rail, with the A41 and M54 roads nearby also an efficient method of commute.

The village also has regular bus links with Wolverhampton. Bromford also has Shared Ownership homes available in Essington and Lichfield.
